Useful Information:

  • Skybox
  • For the RPG version, the skybox created by Justin Fischer has been included within the PK3 repository. This was nessacery because of how the current version of the RPG-X mod (version 2.1) works regarding files out of the loaded repository.
  • zAB2_additional1.pk3
  • This file contains a soundclip that can be heared repeated within the messhall. For on-line play, it is not required so it safe to remove the file from the BaseEF folder.

  • First release

Known Bugs:

  • Doors in Engineering, upperlevel

  • The doors on the upper level exceeds the existing ceiling. This cannot be fixed for the default engine (Max submodels exceeded) without resorting to the "Elite Force engine release" (ioEF) created by Thilo.
  • Shaderlimit

  • In some cases, the shaderlimit can be hit during play. This happens when the player or players frequently changes his or her character model. Though the map has been designed for a maximum of nine (9) players, it does support roughly around sixteen (16) different character models, however changing more then once is not recommended and may cause problems during on-line play.
